A walk from Park Row to view the Civil War bastion by Cabot Tower before dropping down Jacob Wells Road to Anchor Road, King Street and Welsh Back, where we hope to view the display case of artefacts discovered during the excavations for the Brigstow Hotel (now the Mercure Hotel) site. We will then walk along the line of the old town walls before returning to our start point in Park Row.
