Under pressure prompted by unconscionable local living conditions, Bristol City Council began extensive slum clearance in north Bedminster during the 1930s. ┬áThis extended an opportunity for archaeological investigations. ┬áThis talk will define the project’s progression and extent of the social deprivation revealed.
